This privacy policy (the “Policy") describes how the personally identifiable information (the “Personal Information") you may provide on the aengietv.com website (the “Website"), "AEngieTV" mobile application (the “Mobile Application") and any of their related products and services (collectively, "Services") is collected, protected and used. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information. We will process all your Personal Information in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable data protection legislation (hereinafter “Data Protection Laws”). By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

Collection of personal information
When you open the Website or use the Mobile Application, our servers automatically record information that your browser or device sends. This data may include information such as your device's IP address and location, browser and device name and version, operating system type and version, language preferences, browsing pattern, access times and dates, and other statistics. Information collected automatically is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding the usage and traffic of the Services. Managing information
You are able to delete certain Personal Information we have about you. The Personal Information you can delete may change as the Services change. When you delete Personal Information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised Personal Information in our records for the duration necessary to comply with our obligations to our affiliates and partners, and for the purposes described below. When required for the data processing purposes above, we may share your Personal Information with other offices in the Mustang AEngie group, carefully selected suppliers or other selected third parties (typically partners or sub-contractors).
Before sharing your data, we require such third parties to only process your Personal Information upon our instructions and to provide sufficient guarantees in respect of the technical and organisational security measures protecting the data processing activities.

If required we may transfer your personal data to a country located outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). When this happens, we will make sure that we can rely on adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission in relation to the country of reception, on the use of appropriate contractual protections for the transfer of your personal data, or on any other valid data protection mechanism. Your request must provide sufficient information that allows us to verify that you are the person you are claiming to be or that you are the authorized representative of such person.

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through the Services without their permission.
